Do your pets get along this well?

While weeding through some files I recently rescued from a crashed laptop (thanks GeekSquad), I came across this video of our bird, Buddy, playing with my son's dog Skooby. Skooby was insanely smart, as most Border Collies are, and it is amazing to watch him as he patiently processes the fact that he has a bird walking around on top of his head. Skooby passed away earlier this year so I'm posting this video in his honor.

The dog's eyeballs look like they're about to explode, but that's tolerance!

I can't imagine that's happening HERE....

Hey Holly. Love it! Bordie Collies are amazing dogs. So smart. I'm afraid my dog would try to eat the poor little birdie. You should our cat and dog together. Teaki (our cat) totally dominates Lily (our dog). They get along fine as long as Lily doesn't look at the cat the wrong way! Then it's hiss, spat, claw and a quick retreat by Lily!

Skooby's desire to please your son is so very obvious. Doggie love does not get better then that! Thank you so very much for sharing.

Wow, that's pretty cool. We have a cat and a dog and they are SO jealous of each other, it's just crazy!

Thanks for your sweet comment on my blog! My background is from shabbyblogs.com.

I'm actually making the switch to WP very soon, but hopefully I will still be able to convey the "happy-ness" of my current blogger site. :)

Thanks for all you do with Blog Frog!
