I spent Mother's Day at the track .......

The go-kart racetrack, that is. But that was just ONE part of my incredibly fun day yesterday. The entire day was just perfect. It had the right mix of lounging, pampering, fun, excitement, indulgence, and bonding. After breakfast, home-made mocha lattes, a 90-minute massage, flowers, and one Powerball ticket later, I ended up here:

I was a bit tired today but it was all totally worth it and the memories are priceless. Maybe we'll go skydiving next year :)

Holly, how fun! What a terrific way to spend Mother's day -- doing something with your son that both of you enjoy. Thank you for sharing this experience with us.

Thanks for dropping by my blog (the occasional ex-pat), was flattered. Happy Mum's day to you...a powerball ticket! Fun idea though it looks like with your family that you have already won!

Only an Eastern Shore girl could race and video at the same time!
